It's hard to believe that over 5 years ago Entourage began. On July 10, 2004 Entourage first premiered. On July 30, 2009 HBO decided to bring it back for a 7th season beginning sometime in the summer of 2010. I don't know if I am the only one that was thinking this, but I remember during the early seasons I would wonder to myself if I was the only one watching. I figured since I was watching this show that dispalyed every guys dream to have freedom and be rich with their closest friends, then so did everyone else. I was never 100% sure though. I always had this doubt in my mind. Now it seems that everyone watches it. Not just guys, but it seems to be a favorite amond the women as well. So, lets keep Entourage going as long as possible. Tune into the 7th season next year. Until then I will update with news and anything else going on that is Entourage related.

The end of another season

Wow, I cannot believe that it has actually takin me a month to make a post about the last episode of this past season of Entourage. I think it would be safe to say that it answered a lot of questions while leaving us wanting more. Drama did not get the job with the new Melrose Place, but he did catch the attention of the network heads and they are looking into making a show based around him. Turtle tried to go visit Jamie-lynn, but that did not turn out well when she told him not to. Vince really did not do much this episode except get hounded by Matt Damon to donate a lot of money to his charity. He did, however, leave with Drama to meet with Turtle in Italy. E and Sloan got engaged. So, we now are left to wonder what is next with Drama. Are Turtle and Jamie-lynn going to get back together. And will E and Sloan actually get married. I guess we will all have to wait till next season to find out.

Keep coming back as I will have information on what the guys are doing and hopefully the upcoming season.

Scared Straight

On the second to last epsiode of this season of Entourage E got a scare, Ari got a surprise visit, Drama had a testing, Turtle had to say goodbye, and Vince was feeling a little left out.

After hooking up with a girl that half the town had been with, including Drama, E had a little scare and went to the clinic to make sure everything was ok and that he did not catch anything. The results came back in his favor. Ari got a surprise visit from his former boss Terrance. Terrance came to Ari to try and sell him his agency. Ari was a bit confused at first, but found out why Terrance was selling and being cooperative. Because of what Ari found out he was able to put in a very beneficial offer of 75 mil. Drama had his first testing in 3 years for Melrose 2009. He had one of his attacks which turned out to be worse than thought. He did not quite have a heart attack, but it was very close and may soon cause a heart attack. Turtle had to say goodbye to Jamie-Lynn as she left for New Zealand for her new show. She surprised him by saying that she wanted him to be with other women while she was gone. Is this a test and if so will Turtle pass? When it comes to Vince it seems that everyone else has no more time for him. Vince wants to go out like usual and it seems as if the gang has other girls or is worried about future projects.

Scared Straight was very entertaining and has left us for a great last episode. Tune in this Sunday, October 4th for the season 6 finale of Entourage.

Berried Alive

Last weeks episode, Berried Alive, made me very happy with the ending of E and Ashley's relationship. I don't know if you can tell, but I never liked Ashley. Lloyd moved on from Ari and went to be an agent with Adam Davies. I have a feeling that relationship will not last very long. I feel that sooner or later Ari and Lloyd will reunite with Ari finally promoting Lloyd to agent. Drama went with Lloyd to Davies agency and also got out of his Five Towns contract. He is trying to get a new job with Melrose 2009. Turtle got a big surprise when he found out Jamie-Lynn got a new job. The surprise is that it shoots in New Zealand. There wasn't a whole lot with Vince on this episode surprisingly. Try to check out the re-runs if you have a chance.

Adjusting

Sorry about being late on some posts and my lack of commitment lately. The fall semester has started so I have been trying to readjust and get my schedule with school and everyday things situated. So, now that I pretty much have everything down, the posts should be regular again and on time.

Secruity Briefs

The title of this episode of Entourage is very clever and appropriate. I do not want to give too much away, but if you have not seen the previous couple of episodes then this may spoil some things for you. So far what has been going on is a break in at Vince and Turtle's house and they think Vince may have a stalker. They find an ID and think that it is the guy who belongs to the ID that is stalking Vince. Well, on this episode they find out they are completely wrong. The actual trespassers were sorority girls who broke in and stole Turtles boxers. After Ari steals Adam Davies client, Zac Effron, Davies tries to steal Lloyd away from Ari by offering him a position as an agent. It looked like Lloyd was going to remain with Ari untill Ari turned into his usual self, so Lloyd left and looks like he may have gone with Davies. Not much happened with E and Drama this episode. E's girlfriend Ashley has become somewhat nosey and Drama almost beat up the "stalker." Next episode is "Berried Alive" this coming up Sunday. Tune in.

Sorkin's Notes

This episode was great in every way. Every part of this Entourage episode was done perfectly from the story to the acting. In this episode Vince takes Ari's advice and gets a very costly security guy. It seems like the security is worth every penny from all the practice that is done plus they also find a lead as to who broke in. E told Sloan that since she doesn't know what she wants he is not going to screw something up with Ashley, so he chooses Ashley. As said before I like Sloan and hope this doesn't mean that she is written out of the series. Sorkin does finally sign with Andrew even after Andrew is arrested for driving his car into his own house. Hopefully next weeks episode will be just as good. It should be with Vince finding out who broke in and we will get to see how faithful Turtle is after he gets hit on by a classmate. Tune in this Sunday.

No More Drama

It's hard to believe that season six of Entourage is already more than half over. I realize they can put more effort into each episode by not having 20 episodes, but seasons do go by so quick. Sundays episode was titled "No More Drama." This episode did not disappoint as usual. Scott Caan guest starred in this episode and while he did not have a lot of time he did play an important role. He is one of E's new fellow employees and does not like him right away because E knows a celebrity he wants to hire (Bob Saget). Vince and Turtles house gets broken into and decide they need to get some protection. After they realize weapons are not the answer they were looking for they choose to get a security system. Drama, after getting hostile with the head of the studio, tries all he can to apologize and get on his good side. Need I say that Drama's plan did not quite turn out the way he wanted. Check the show out when you get a chance. You will not be disappointed.

Live Hard, Sell Hard

As you may know Jeremy Piven's new movie The Goods. Live Hard, Sell Hard opened in theaters last Friday the 14th. It opened to mixed reviews. I thought it was a good movie. It was funny, but I also think you have to go into it knowing its not the best movie. That is the problem with most critics I think. They probably aren't the target audience and use their own personal opinions. If you look for reviews most of the reviews that are not from critics are positive. So go out and watch it and make your own opinion. Who knows? You may love it.

"Murphy's Lie"

Tonights episode of Entourage is titled “Murphy’s Lie.” In this episode E tries to fix his mess up with Ashley, Drama films the scene with Turtles girlfriend Jamie-Lynn Sigler, and Ari gets a surprise visit from Andrew Klines wife. This should be a good episode filled with a lot of entertaining moments, as always. This, however, will probably be a little more serious than the last episode. Hope all enjoy tonights episode.

"Murphy's Lie" Review

Last nights episode was just as expected, very entertaining and had a lot going on. Most of the storyline dealt with E’s and Drama’s problems. E has never really let go of Sloan, and he let it be known last night. He didn’t tell Ashley that Sloan is who set him up with the new job, but after listening to the voicemail Sloan left E she found out. Because E never told Ashley about it she got mad and eventually broke up with him. Drama on the other hand was out of control as always. Who would expect anything less, right? Well, after he finally got the shot the director wanted with him and Jamie-lynn the studio head took her out to lunch. When she doesn’t arrive back on time Drama gets curious and puts himself in a bad postion after confronting the studio head. He is then threatened with his job. After all that I can’t wait for next Sunday.

"Tree Trippers" Eric Roberts House

In the season 5 episode "Tree Trippers" the gang goes to Eric Roberts house to get some shrooms so they can find an answer on if Vince should do the Benji movie or Smoke Jumpers. The house that the gang visits Eric Roberts is in real life known as the Iny Estate. After doing some research I also found out that it was used as Steve Sanders house in Beverly Hills, 90210 among many other Hollywood projects. It is a massive house having 15 rooms and 6 bedrooms. There is a gym, library, media room, an elevator, and 4 fireplaces among many other amenities.

Here is a picture of the pool and jacuzzi area

Fore Review

Fore was a very entertaining episode. I felt that even when he was in the scene Tom Brady added a lot of comedy and a little something special. One thing that really surprised me was Mark Wahlberg's reference to his old band Marky Mark and the Funky Bunch. I realize this is his show, but he always seems to get a little uneasy when that subject comes up. Drama was always hillarious when he and Vince played Brady and Wahlberg in the charity golf tournament. He wasn't on top of his game and whenever he messed up he freaked out like always. Turtle at the beginning was being a jerk to Brady, but after Brady mentions Giselle Bundchen's name he lightened up and even accepted an invitation to have Dinner with Brady. The surprise job opportunity that was mentioned in the previous post was a job offer from one of the most respected managing companies in Hollywood. Once he finds out Sloan suggested him for the job, E confronts her and it doesn't turn out well. In my opinion E doesn't need to mess things up with my girl Sloan.

Fore

Mark Wahlburg and Tom Brady will be guest starring in tonights episode of Entourage. They will team up with Vince and Drama for a charity golf tournament. Ari is in the doghouse and E gets a surprise opportunity.

Via Los Colinas

Vince and the gang have returned to their first residence otherwise known as the "trophy house" in the show. In real life it is known as Via Las Colinas or the C. E. Toberman Estate. This is a 19 room, 9800 sq foot house in Hollywood, Ca. It was completed in 1924 and was placed on the nrhp in 1983. If you are feeling really good you can hold an event here for a mere $10,000-$50,000. The address is 1847 Camino Palermo. Check it out

Etourage Returns

Entourage returned about 3 weeks ago with its sixth season. So far E moved into a house that Sloan showed him and has made his relationship with Ashley a little more exclusive. In this last episode he decided that he was giong to close down the Murphy Group. Turtle and Jamie lynn seem to have made things more permanent. Turtle has also decided to go to college. Drama has been Drama. I don't know what else to say about him. In the last episode he had a casting call for a girlfriend in his show. He had one girl do 25 takes. Typical Drama. Vince has gotten his driver's license for his new movie about Enzo Ferrari. He is starting to feel alone with everyone doing their own thing and not haveing as much time for him. So now that I am finally up to date on everything hopefully the posts will be more interesting and there will be more than just posts on previous seasons.

Pivens New Movie

This is a trailor for Jeremy Pivens new movie The Goods: Live Hard. Sell Hard.

Entourage Season 5

This review is from IGN.com

"After the disastrous bombing of Medellin from the previous season, Vince finds himself in serious trouble with his career. Going from an A-list actor to someone who's having trouble landing any role was not an easy transition for Vincent Chase. His bad luck was the primary theme throughout the season along with the pursuit of a role in a movie called Smokejumpers.

With several setbacks, it seemed like things would never turn around for Vince. From being used as leverage for roles for other people or being fired from the set of a movie, we get to see a side of Vince we haven't seen until now. While he manages to keep a positive attitude for the most part, there are episodes where you see his patience wearing thin, and you definitely see Vince with far less self-confidence that we've seen from him in previous seasons.

The real reason to watch Entourage is to see Ari Gold in action, and Jeremy Piven does not disappoint with another season of Emmy-worthy performances as Vince's over-the-top agent. Ari has some great development moment of his own, with a studio job offer that he seemingly can't refuse. Even while being offered his dream job, Ari still tries to look out for Vince. One of the most fascinating aspects about Ari is that despite being a sleazy slimy Hollywood agent, he still has a heart, and his concern for Vince is genuine and personal. We get to see Ari fight for Vince's career - wheeling and dealing to try to land something positive for Vince throughout the season. His best moments were probably reserved for one of the later episodes titled "Play'n With Fire," where he has a hilariously memorable confrontation with the director of Smokejumpers.

As has been the case for the last couple of seasons, we get to see more positive growth for Eric, who's become more and more confident and seems to finally be getting some real success with his own agency. While he's not the center of attention for most episodes, he does get a couple of standout moments including a confrontation with his nemesis Seth Green and surprise visit to former girlfriend Sloan.

- HBODrama is even more obnoxious than before and there are several moments where he's downright unlikeable. From potentially breaking Turtle's hopes for a relationship to an on-camera meltdown on The View to being arrested after breaking up with his girlfriend, Drama's neurotic charm wore very thin this season.

Turtle, on the other hand, finally finds a girlfriend with some lasting potential. Former Sopranos star Jamie-Lynn Sigler has some fantastic on-screen chemistry with Turtle, and this is a relationship with some interesting long term potential for Turtle. It's a nice move for a character that really doesn't get much attention compared to the other three.

Featuring some shocking ups and down, this was a season full of surprises. From Ari's potential dream job to Vince's struggles in landing a legitimate role proved to be yet another exciting rollercoaster ride for the friends. With all the drama surrounding Smokejumpers we're also treated to an insider look at what the business side of Hollywood might really be like. With so much happening, Season 5 turned out to be another solid series of episodes for one of HBO's best dramas."

Entourage Season 4

The first episode of season 4 is documentary style about the making of Medellin. It shows the troubles of shooting the film and the continued curse of the film. After filming E and Billy Walsh continue their fighting and it gets even more controversial after the Medellin trailer is leaked onto Youtube. Walsh blames E for this. The leak, however, gets the Medellin dreamteam, Vince, Walsh, and E, their new job.

E decides to go into unknown waters and get a new client in Anna Faris. This does not turn out so well being that his loyalty is ultimately with Vince and he cannot ruin Vince's career.

The rest of the gang, Drama and Turtle, get into their usual troubles, usually involving marijuana and women. Ari has trouble getting his son into the school of his choice, and he does everything in his power to get him in.

The last episode of the season the whole gang is in Canne to try and sell their film Medellin to the highest bidder. The film ultimately bombs and gets sold for $1.

Piven on Letterman

I realize this is kind of late, but here his a clip of Jeremy Piven on Letterman from October 2008...

Entourage Season 3 Part 2

Entourage continues this season with Vince having a new agent for the first time since Ari. Amanda, Vince's new agent, tries to steer Vince away from Medellin even though she knows this is the movie that he wants. After Ari brings up that Medellin is available again Vince tells Amanda that he wants to hold off on any other project until they find out about Medellin. After Vince finds out that Medellin has slipped through his hands once again he questions Amanda. After being fired by her Vince goes back to Ari after he got Vince the rights to the movie of his dreams. They sign Billy Walsh again to direct and they leave for filming.

Also during the season Drama's celebrity rises as his show Five Towns becomes a hit, and Turtle really doesn't have a huge impact. Turtle instead does his normal driving the gang around and somking his weed.

Entourage Season 3 Part 1

The third season starts out with the premiere of Aquaman, which is very successful. Vince also lans his dream movie Medellin. Just when things seem to be going just the way vince and the gang want them to a scheduling conflict with Aquaman 2 and Medellin occurs and when Alan won't give Vince the days he needs to do Medellin, him and Vince can't come to an agreement and Vince get fired.

There is good news, however. Drama finally gets work. He lands a job for Ed Burns t.v. series Five Towns. After being in a boutique agency Ari partners with Barbera Miller to set up a big agency known as the Miller Gold Agency.

Even though E has to deal with all of Vince and Ari's dramas the main storyline around him is with Sloan. He has a threesome with her and her friend Torrie, and begins to have feelings for Torrie. He also has to deal with Seth Green always bringing up a "relationship" he had with Sloan.

Turtle seems to be doing well with his rapper Saigon, but when Siagon doesn't show up to his record deal Turtle has to go find him. When Turtle finally does, he finds out that Saigon has signed with someone else and is bought out. The season ends with Ari being fired by Vince.

Entourage Season 2

This season of Entourage has more going on than the first. In this season Vince tries to convince James Cameron, the director of Aquaman, that he is correct for the leading role as Aquaman. At first he has it, then he doesn't. He finally ends up getting the part, but it is not as easy as everyone would like it to be. An old romantic flame of Vince, Mandy Moore, is chosen as the leading lady. She ends her engagement to rekindle what she had with Vince only to leave him again to return to her ex. Drama keeps trying to find work as an actor while Turtle is beginning to have some success finding a rapper in Saigon. The big story other than Aquaman revolves around E and Ari. Ari gets fired from his agency by Terrance McQuewick, while E starts dating Sloan Mcquewick, Terrances daughter. Instead of going with the agency Vince decides to stay with Ari.

Entourage Season 1 Recap

The first season of Entourage is a very important season. Without watching it one can be very lost. Vince just got done filming his first leading role in a successful movie, Head On. So now Vince, E, and Ari have to find a new job. The only problem with this is that E and Arie have differing opinions on what is best for Vince. The project that was decided on is Queens Boulevard, a movie perfect for Vince since he grew up in Queens, directed by Billy Walsh. Just like with Ari, E has problems with Billy. They seem to be able to put their problems aside for the movie. Throughout the season E, known for falling in love easily, has relationships with Ari's assistant Emily and a girl named Kristen. Drama tries to recapture his days of a film and television star. Vince lives the celebrity life and has many flings, and Turtle has the easy life of getting high all the time and being Vince's driver. The last episode is when E steps up and tells Vince he wants to be his manager. It does not go so well at first, but before they leave for Queens to begin filming on Queens Boulevard Vince hires E. The first season of Entourage ends with the gang getting on the plane.

All of this sets up for a great season 2 of Entourage.

Another fan favorite is Vince's super-agent Ari Gold. Ari may not live with the guys, but is considered part of their entourage and usually joins in on their shenanigans whether it is a spontaneous trip to Vegas or a planned trip to a film festival.
